Hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to be of assistance. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I prefer this hotel to the doubletree, also in the area. Freely made Breakfast was great . Never a long wait!

My mom, sister & I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Overland Park for our annual KC shopping trip. The front desk check in was friendly and fast. Rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had lots of variety. We will stay again.

I was very pleased with how helpful and accommodating the front desk staff was. A small mistake was made when my party was being checked in that they were quick to correct. The rooms are generous and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast is actually really good, and the free drinks during happy hour for professionals is a nice touch.
