We were In town for a wedding and there are very limited hotel options. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were ok, bathrooms could be updated. Felt to be fairly clean. Over priced for the value.

We had a great time here in the middle of a big snow storm. The rooms are very nice and clean. Sunny took good care of us and was always available to take care of any problems. This is the place to stay in Ottawa!

There was a slight problem with the room and the response of the management exceeded our expectations. The breakfast included both hot and cold foods--a much better variety than that to which we are accustomed. By far, the best hotel in Ottawa.
