Stayed here for one night on our way home from a Spring Break trip. Excellent night's sleep and friendly staff. Didn't stay for the breakfast as we were trying to beat the snow storm that was coming. Very close to I-70 and many restaurants in the near vicinity.

I traveled to Hays Kansas for business and spend five nights at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was absolutely awesome, very friendly and accomodating to my needs. I will definately stay there whenever I am in Hays for business or pleasure.

Though we weren't there long (less than 8 hours), the experience was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very friendly and inviting. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nothing spectacular, but was certainly eaten by everyone in our group. For the price, the room was a great value!

I found this hotel by chance in 2008 and has been my hotel of choice when driving through the area (especially after having to stay at another Hays hotel when this Comfort Inn was sold out on one trip, and being very disappointed with the other option.) just average hotel with a nice complimentary breakfast, although the dining room is very small and many people were milling around waiting for a table. even with a table, we felt very crowded and not very enjoyable because of that. seems like the hotel could do something to make the dining area larger.

Very knowledgeable and polite staff. They were expecting large crowds as the weekend was approaching and manager had said no discounts would be offered. We were in Hays for a wedding and stayed at the Comfort Inn there. Again we were not disappointed in the Comfort Inn chain. We were very pleased to find the air conditioning on high when we got to our room. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a wide assortments of food, including eggs and sausage.

Read good reviews about this hotel. Then became disappointed. Our first room smelled terribly musty and had a decent sized puddle in the window sill.
