Front desk was fantastic, room was cleanish (but for the rug--holy cow: cigarette stink, too much air 'freshener,' serious urine smell behind dresser), breakfast was great in sunny lobby with WONDERFUL hostess. Daily newspaper and nice little park in back. Close to restaurants and great info stash. Loved the staff, hated the carpet. More

This is our 10th year of coming to Hays, Kansas and stayed here every time because of the excellent staff and overall experience. Private entrance, Outdoor pool and good sized roomes make it a perfect stay. More

I was able to get a great rate by booking a month advanced for 2 rooms. By booking in advance, I had figured that the rooms would be right next to each other.
