The room they gave me had not been cleaned yet. The carpet had terrible stains, it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but I saw an ashtray full of butts on the dresser. It was absolutely disgusting! The front desk apoligized and gave refund immediately...thank God! There's no way we could have stayed there. More
