Hotel was okay; desk clerk was helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, but property is a little run down. Overall, I would stay here again (rooms are limited in Denison, IA); comfortable bed and quiet room.

I look for certain things in a hotel as a business traveler: convenience, price, safety, physical condition, basic amenities, and breakfast. If other things are "OK", I go for low price to save my employer money. This facility is really on the borderline of "OK". The physical condition is marginal. Good value, front desk staff very helpful. Rooms dated, but good tv, clean. Front desk computer seems unable to store my information from month to month.

Family stayed there this weekend as had a family reunion close by. We would Never tell anyone to stay there!!! Terrible!!!!!!!!! Dirty looking staff, dirty building, hot musty halls, Repairs started 2 years ago still never done. Very unprofessional-staff grubby clothes as an example.
