I have stayed at other Carlson properties, and this Davenport one was THE WORST! Worn and stained chairs in the room. Outdated and crooked light fixtures, bad/dirty bathroom caulk, hairs found in the bed, and stains on blankets! SKIP this hotel!!!! I wouldn't pay any more than $29.00 for this room!

We had a great stay love the beds and pillows room was clean and nice staff was nice too bad guests wre bad kids well P@@ped in the pool the parents should of told the staff they closed the pool when I told them. We WILL GO Back nice stay

the hotel was nice looking inside and out and the employees were very courteous. The room was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is the hot portion of the breakfast. It was not very good and they should upgrade or get rid of the hot portion. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

This was a last minute stay, and I can say that this is a nice place that I would recommend to anyone who might be staying over in the area. Comfortable rooms and nice atmosphere. The location is great the staff are also very friendly.

Nice clean rooms with an inviting lobby...fireplace, lending library and nice looking open staircase and cookies! Beds were very comfortable with down comforters. Better than average breakfast. Parking was good, and a nice central location. Rooms and hallways were quiet. The pool was warm...nice on a 3 degree above zero day. We will use this motel again in the future.
