Had to say 'Thank you Karin' for such a lovely few days in your delightful home. Comfort all the way. Breakfast was delicious and afternoon tea with cake was something else. Will see you again in August. Cannot recommend Clapton Manor highly enough.

We stayed at Karin's B&B for two nights in November. It is in a very remote and peaceful village with only two rooms. We had the room with the bathroom hidden behind the bookcase and had a very comfortable night's sleep. Karin provided a lovely breakfast, and her knowledge of the area and things to do was invaluable.
