“Amazing customer service”

Extremely friendly people at the front desk on all shifts! Clean room, comfortable beds, and a short drive to Holiday World all at a very good price. We plan to stay here every time we travel to Holiday World from now on.

The front desk was great to put our entire group together, however, the "non smoking" rooms were reeking of stale smoke. The available gathering area for groups around the pool, pizza shack was extremely HOT! The complementary breakfast was not stocked very well! Out of milk at 8:30, no eggs by 9:00. The hotel needs updated. Was very unnerved by the fact that there was an empty candy bar wrapper next to the double bed by the wall facing the bathroom. A nice hotel for the price. The holidome area- pool, hot tubs, game room and pizzeria bar were excellent. We took 5 children to stay on May 11,2013. It was the best stay yet. Even though they were busy with a wedding..they were still very courteous and friendly..the front desk woman had a very bright n happy smile and just made our day with it..can't wait for the next reason I can stay again..thanks so much

“Should keep better records on which rooms have been cleaned and check-in ready.”

Stayed here for an out of town wedding. Our group had 6 rooms. 2 groups got moved after air conditioner didn't work in room. There was an old breadstick left in our microwave. Outside the room and in the game room had a funny smell...our a/c mad enough noise to where I had a difficult time sleeping, it didn't bother... More

“Enjoyable stay”

Had a great stay. Loved the pool and game room. Wished our room was poolside. Will stay again in the future. Room was clean. Needs updated but still clean. Great pricing too! Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!
