“Best Customer Service We've Experienced in a Long Time”

“Mobs of people but kept their cool”

The suite was lovely and the walk on the canal was so relaxing. We visited for the 1/2 marathon. The room was a pleasant surprise,very comfortable bed and the room was large and clean.Great breakfast with many choices.Staff service was excellent.Hotel views of the canal and the fountain were fun!Spent time walking from hotel along canal and around town. We stayed at the Residence Inn on the Canal during the regional NCAA tournament. We were very impressed with not only the hotel but everyone that worked there! The area is beautiful and you could not ask for more in a hotel. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so great!
