Arrived on 4/19/13, and check in was very effecient. We were there 4 nights while visiting with friends in Carmel. Location was perfect, beautiful area. Had to spend a nite here before going to hospital in the morning. Check in went really well. Very friendly staff. They advised of a good place to eat just down the street. \The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Can't say enough about the staff

My husband and I do art shows in Indy and have stayed here when it was a Jameson..it was and still is clean, reasonable, and quiet. Easy check-in and very fine service.It is a Comfort Inn now and seems the same although the breakfast is nothing to write home about. we will always stay here when we are in town.

It is nice that the rooms have small refrigerators and microwaves. The breakfast is plentiful if not yummy. The hotel is starting to look a little run down and the bed is very firm which I liked but my husband did not. This is a pretty standard hotel. The staff was nice and the indoor pool is a plus.
