Stayed at the Westin last week while at the Mecum Auto Auctions.. There's a Shula's restaurant onsite. The hotel was clean, staff was great and polite but at rush hour, they only had 2 clerks checking in guests and there was quite a wait.

Got this room through Priceline at a very good rate. The hotel is in Downtown Indy and close to everything. The rooms are nice, clean and ours was quiet. So close to the convention center and the city center. Starbucks in the lobby. FedEx business office. One downside, if you ship package to hotel, it all goes to the FedEx office and they charge high handling fees.

Stayed here for a convention. Location was perfect. Easy access via skywalk to the Indy convention center and all the downtown attractions. Very nice location. Close proximity to dining, museums, etc. Staff was very helpful and friendly during my entire stay. Every time I stay at this hotel, I am impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. The staff is extremely helpful. My room service order was delivered promptly in the morning. The location is central and within easy walking distance to any downtown events or businesses. The front desk staff was friendly and prompt at check-in and check-out.

Great place to stay for the Indy Mini! Good location. Great service. There was some initial confusion with our reservation.
