Had bedbugs in my room during stay from 10/26/11 to 10/27/11. Reported to front desk attendant who said she would have the cleaning crew investigate. No apology made. WIll stay elsewhere next time. More

Horrible Smell from both the room and the customer service here. After putting up with it the first night, the smell in the room got much worse. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, who sprayed something on the carpet and said it was not that bad... but since she was not the one staying in there... More

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for four nights for business and was quite comfortable. It's your standard Hampton Inn, with a nice indoor pool. The location was convenient to hospital, shopping, and dining. If I were in the area again, I would certainly stay here again. More
