Stayed two nights for a class reunion. Free valet parking altho you can easily park yourself. Helpful staff in several areas. Wireless internet in 1st, 2nd floor reception and public areas but not in room. Ethernet cable provided to modem in room but ours didn't work. Left msg for 1-800 help desk - no help. Room was ok, but the carpet was very worn at the threshold to the bathroom and I could feel the tacks. The drain flap on the bathroom was warped, so the water ran slightly and I could not stop it. With the bathroom door shut, I could not hear it in the room (but a shame to waste the water).... More

Very poor house keeping and the employees and management could't care less. Complain and they suggest you stay at their other property. Rooms are dated a not very clean (see pictures attached of the carpet between the beds), not a very restful sleep wondering what else isn't clean. More

Stayed a night here on business. Was told if you go to the casino and get a casino card, your hotel stay would be $40.00. The room is absolutely a $40.00 room.... They all reek of smoke. I stayed here for two nights during the week for business. Hotel was surprisingly quiet...not a peep coming in from the halls. Staff was polite, no waiting at front desk, elevators or valet. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was the only person there. Valet parking is free, BTW. More

Lousy stop. Service/employees were all fairly miserable people. Rooms were noisy, dingy, not particularly clean. Entire property was dirty.
