Hampton Inn was very clean lobby, nice selection of food for breakfast and room was clean. No road noise or other problems. The water pressure was good and plenty of hot water in the morning. This was easy access on/off from the highway with road signs prior to exit.

All staff we came in contact with were all very friendly and helpful. As another reviewer said, it was appreciated that all room keys, etc. were waiting upon check-in. stayed overnight at this hotel and was blown away by the friendly service. I had been driving all day and was very tired. they had my keys ready when i checked in and even looked up my honors number without having to ask.

Easy access to I-80. Very quiet rooms, excellent staff, rooms very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, staff was super friendly, really enjoyed the cookies at night. Pool and hot tub were great, nice location, nice landscaping. Treated us very well.

“Stains”

Room key would not work everytime we came back to room. Stains on bed and chair. Breakfast was only so so taste wise. Cleaning staff needs to clean under bed and furniture. Shower head should be cleaned for lime amd mineral deposits.

“Poor recreational facility maintenance.”

I took my daughter for a cold weather weekend getaway and after spending $252 for 2 nites we had no use of pool or hottub due to cold temps of both. Management said repair vendors don't work on weekends.

“Bad breakfast service”

When we arrived for breakfast, there was little left as far as eggs and sausage. My wife stuck her head back into kitchen area and informed your staff of the situation. “Late Arrival”

We arrived late at night for our check-in but the reception desk was ready and very nice. We were checked in and headed to our rooms very quickly. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We departed a little too late for the breakfast but there is a Cracker Barrel across the street that was very convenient.

This was my third visit. Same faces and same great service. Convenient location that is close to the toll roads. They are consistent. The only problem I had was that my room key had to be re-keyed twice but the problem was quickly corrected.

Met all my expectations; no surprises. Efficient and congenial staff, clean room, low-stress surroundings and good value. The 24 hour availability of the area adjacent to the lobby allows for a break from the room.
