The hotel is location right across the street from Cheddar's Restaurant and others within walking distance. My room was perfectly clean and looked recently updated. I could not have asked for a better stay and would recommend to others based upon my experience.

From the outside the hotel did not look nice but inside it was very nice. So don't judge the hotel from the outside. Hotel was not that far from the Bloomington Campus and had a nice selection of restaurants across the street from the hotel.

The Fairfield in Bloomington is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the common areas are inviting as well. The hotel was under renovation while we were there so there was some mess but it was understandable. The only problem we had was finding the entrance because of the construction, and the sign was a bit small plus it was dark out so it was understandable. Over all very nice visit.

This Fairfield is located close to restaurants and shopping, many within walking distance. The staff was friendly and attentive, they spoke to us everytime we came or went. My experience with the staff was exceptional. I mean the whole staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The chocolate chip cookies were yummy. I will certainly stay here again.
