We have stayed at the Hilton Garden many times in the past four years while my daughter was attending IU but the Hilton Garden and their staff went beyond expectations for graduation! The staff was more than helpful and the shuttle to graduation was a huge plus! This is the best place to stay when visiting Bloomington.

Hilton Garden Inn is a great place to stay in Bloomington. The hotel is centrally located in town with lots of nice restaurants nearby and a reasonable walk to the IU campus. The staff is warm and welcomes guests and the rooms are commodious and clean. My go to place in Bloomington.

Situated just off the downtown square, this is a great location. You can walk downtown, down Kirkwood, even on to campus. Nice little bar. Rooms we large and clean. A couple of things to note. Chose this hotel to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. we are both students at IU so being so close to campus was nice, it is located right on the square which gives you nice views of downtown bloomington. We had a great stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

the front desk staff greeted us warmly and were extremely helpful throughout our stay, recommending restaurants within walking distance and answering many other questions. The room was very comfortable with adjustable beds to ensure quality sleep. Pillows could have been a bit better. Covered parking ($5/day) was especially appreciated since we were there during a blizzard.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. The bedspread seemed to be not 100% clean, but then it was white and any little bit shows. Love that it is right downtown, within walking distance to shops and good restaurants.
