I am a Gold Honors member and always stay at Hilton properties as I am able. This hotel experience was awful. The front desk staff is great, very helpful and professional. Hotel is in the middle of great neighborhood & walking distance to woodfield mall. Compolimentarty breakfast & dinner is awesome, food is excellent & they make life easy if you are on a business trip.

We were in for a baseball tournament (7 families) and the staff could not have been any nicer. The king/double suites worked great for our group and the large breakfast was a prefect start for the boys each morning. I liked the suite being separate from the living area. It was nice having two big screen LCD TV's. The kitchen area was nice, especially the full size refridgerator. The whole suite was very clean. The evening food and beverages will a very nice point, and the breakfast was just the right way to start the day.

The hotel on the outside and inside was great, amenities were great and everything is very clean! But the check-in was just horrible. Didn't know if my room was ready yet even after 3:45 pm and then i was told to go check it out myself! I'll stay there again as long as the same guy isn't checking me in.

The staff at this Homewood Suites bent over backwards to assist our business group and ensure our individual accommodations and the meeting room accommodations were superior. Thanks for all you help. We will definitely be back next time we have a need to stay in the Schaumburg area.
