Stayed here 1/30-1/31 as it is so close to the office when I travel to Schaumburg.
Upon arrival, pulled up to the valet area so they could park my car. No valet attendent to be found anywhere, so I just parked the car there and locked it.

Hotel was very clean and modern. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. The indoor pool was 4 feet deep and did not have a shallower or deeper area. Not good for little children who don't swim well yet. No free breakfast.

Have stayed here several times on business. The rooms are nice, fitness area is good, breakfast offerings better than most. Servicefromall staff is outstanding Here's my one complaint: you have to reserve the shuttle. And sometimes cannot get the time you want. This just doesnt work for people traveling for business. Need to improve. Other than that no complaints.

My husband and I stayed here for a night in August 2011. Our room was nice and updated, but there were other parts of the hotel that needed updating. We booked on priceline so overall it was good value.

This was a very clean hotel with pleasant staff. Perfect for business meetings. The catered food was very good. The shuttle was a bit of a disappointment. If you want to go anywhere off the beaten path, beware, they may not be able to find you again.
