This hotel is a wonderful example of a Hilton property. It is out of the way but truly convenient to all the local attractions, Woodfield Mall and the great resturaunts in Schaumburg. Staff is great and the operations manager Andrea was truly helpful and friendly. I will stay again when in town.

We won't hesitate to go back to this hotel. The only downside is there isn't any fan in the bathroom. Love the room size, microwave, and refrigerator inside the room. Also love the mattress and the pillows :)

We stayed at the Hilton from Saturday to Monday in Nov 2011 for a trip to IKEA and to visit Chicago with friends. Price was a bit high especially since our stay included the usually discounted night from Sun-M when the Hotel was almost completely empty.

I am not sure what the odor is, but the room smells. They sprayed it so hopefully it will be better when we return from dinner. Not a good first impression. I like Hiltons and usually don't have any complaints, but I am regretting staying here already. We are a silver Hilton member, so we stay at Hiltons frequently.

Hotel is relatively new and clean although the floors could use more vacuuming especially near the desk, bed, etc... Staff are friendly and accommodating. Morning breakfast is a so-so. Juice & fruit taste funny but hot food and service is good. Dinner menu is limited but there are many restaurants nearby with the Woodfield Mall and Meachum Rd.
