First, let me say this hotel is very nice. Several restaurants nearby, a shuttle, and right next to Allstate Arena, which is why we chose it. Rooms are newer style, large with couch, flat screen TV, desk and queen bed. Rooms and bath were very clean, bed comfortable. Above average breakfast but tight quarters. Stayed here one night, the rooms and hallways need some updating. The bathroom fixtures were clearly in need of replacing. Breakfast served only from 6:30am to 8:30am, quite inconvenient if you have a later flight. It does have a pool. The bed was on the soft side side. Otherwise, typical Residence Inn. More
