We had bedbugs in our room and were covered in bites the next morning. The woman at the desk didn't even apologize for this. I would have expected some sort of compensation for this disaster. Enough said.

Stayed several days at this hotel. The staff and owners were very nice and accomodating. Coffee and tea were available as well as a small continental breakfast. Refrig and microwave available in rooms. Just off State Street. Near restaurants and shopping malls. This is good for a family on a budget. Easy on and off the expressway.

The room was clean, except for the sofabed. I had dropped something and went searching for it, lifted up the cushion, and found a lighter and a cigarette butt. Also, the king bed mattress was too hard, had difficulty falling asleep. The owners are very curtious, and do their best to see to the needs of the motel.
