we planned this trip in January and arrived after a long drive to find that the pool and fitness center were both under renovation. The staff initially were very unsympathetic. saying we had gotten our rate because of the renovations. But they are still advertising that rate with no mention of renovation and listing pool and fitness centers as amenities.... More

Not very impressed. The rooms could really use some TLC. We had a big crack across the room. This of course didn't effect us, however this looked terrible. I always stay here when I'm in Peoria on business. Rooms are clean, quite and hotel staff are the best. Hotel is close to a Panera Bread (for coffee) and Biaggi's (for a glass of wine). The manager was so helpful this summer with reservation for my co-workers.

I stayed here for three days leading up to my wedding. It was an awesome place. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We never walked past the clerk without a friendly comment or a question about what they could do to make me comfortable or happy. Small town feel was greatly appreciated.

I stay at this hotel 8 - 12 nights a year. Great hotel for the business traveler. Clean, quiet and reasonably priced rooms. The hotel manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is not that good, but hey it's free. Also, there is a Panera Bread in the shopping center next door and a Dunkin Donuts pretty close.

This is a standard Springhill. Breakfast area is fairly large with the standard Springhill foods. The location is nice, a one minute walk to Five Guys, an upscale Italian, a Panera's, and several other restaurants. I am so disappointed in this hotel. I made a reservation several weeks ago and called on the Wednesday before our check-in on Saturday to ensure that we would have a feather-free room and I requested a room on a high floor.
