Excellent hotel for service, food, quiet setting, and spotless accomodations. While traveling for business, this makes a perfect respite. Staff was extremely helpful and room was superb value. The setting is very peaceful and semi-rural, so you will need to make arrangements for transportation.

Overall experience was great with very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Grounds were beautiful. great food and service from the room service however $24 worth of food cost me $47 with 'fees'. Internet cost was way too high for this day and age

We stayed here at a reasonable (for the area) weekend rate. The location has easy access to northern suburbs shopping and sites. The hotel furnishings are standard, albeit slightly worn, Hilton. Good for business in that area. Ideally located to reach All State, Business locations in Glenview and Golf. Only downside local joint are not acccessible by foot, however the express way is closeby and this sort of makes up. Very good conference facilities and meetings rooms...

I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and experienced no difficulties whatsoever. Staff was friendly, room was clean...exactly as expected. I did not utilize many of the amenities offered by the hotel on this trip, but I have used the restaurant, meeting rooms, pool and room service at previous stays. Excellent service throughout.

The hotel itself is very nice. Nice size rooms, clean, and very comfortable. I had a couple of minor issues, that under normal circumstances, would have been insignificant. However, the rude and pompous staff's approach was quite offensive. Hopefully, Hilton takes some time to address and re-train the front desk staff.

Guest should have a workable door to their rooms prior to their arrival, they should not have to be stranded in the hallways for over 10 to 15 min because their room door is jammed. Maintenance crew should not promise repairs the following day if they are not going to deliver that promise.

A great hotel and great service. We were in the executive section, the rooms and beds were extremely comfortable The grounds are very beautiful and in a good location. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and was excellent.
