Nice motel to stay in for those visiting the area. Quiet, clean and secure north of McHenry. Adjacent restaurant, now serving Italian cuisine is a big step backwards from the former life of its Steak and Chop venue known as Dunhills. Hotel staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient.

This place was very nice. I like Hampton Inns anyway, and this is one of the nicer ones. It's even better because there is a great Italian restaurant next door. This last sentence is just to get up to the 300 character minimum that TripAdvisor requires, which is stupid.

Good, clean, quiet hotel that has been consistent. Great restaurant located in front of the hotel for dinner and drinks with colleagues and guests. The complementary breakfast is good for business travel and getting started in the morning. Our whole company stays here for travel to the home office and largely we have had good success.
