This is a charming location and property. My room however had the feel of a college dorm. Furniture sparse and overall not a cozy feel, which you would expect from the exterior of inn, lobby and other public areas. The staff, however were exemplary. Welcoming and helpful. So because of them I give three stars instead of 2.
