Gurnee Comfort Inn is so convenient to shopping mall - just across the parking lot. Met there for a family shopping trip. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after shopping and dinner. The staff could not be nicer!

Thin walls, older rooms with popcorn ceiling and tube tv. Service was above average which helped. Free breakfast was kinda bad. Pool is small and no more hot tub, because they don't want to spend the money to change it so it will comply with ADA.

we had an amazing time at the comfort inn and the pool was great and the breakfeast was fabulous as well as the staff from checking in and out and the kitchen staff simply couldn't of been better!!!!!!

For the cost of rooms at this hotel, don't waste your money. There is a Hampton Inn right next door to the Gurnee Mills Mall that I would bet could come out heads above this mediocre hotel. We stayed here with our two kids in June of 2012. It is literally right next door to Six Flags, although they do NOT have a shuttle to the park. The room was very clean, and A+ to the microwave and fridge...perfect for kids snacks. The hot breakfast was better than expected and the employees were very nice and helpful... More

Clean and kept up, a pleasant surprise so close to Six Flags. Breakfast was standard and the front desk staff was particularly helpful and kind. I found them to be accommodating. Found my new hotel when I travel for business this way. Also - despite proximity to the park, a quiet night's rest.
