“Baymont Ohare”

No-brainer! Greaaaat value for the cost! I stayed 4 nights Breakfast was consistent with expectations. Desk and housekeeping staff were outgoing, congenial, and responsive. Thanks Paul. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, as expected from a new bed. Third floor room very quiet. For my purposes the location was perfect. I will be back.

I have been using the Baymont to position for flights in and out of O'Hare for four or five years now. Lately it is just been getting much much worse. The van is never on time. They always say it's going to be out there at 15 and 45 and it never is. I've had to take over an hour... More

This hotel is a bit worn for what I have come to expect from Baymont Inns... That said staff was very helpful... Breakfast is minimal mostly high carb stuff... location from airport is a bit farther than I would have liked... But again for the price I was satisfied... oh and late night shuttle guy a little grouchy, but morning... More

Yes they say that this is a newly renovated hotel. It is clear that someine did make some updates but not nearly enought to be called renovated. Our room was clean, but had a weird smell to it so we were going to leave a window open but everything is pound around here. And the shower I'm only 5'6 but... More

We apologize for any inconvinience you experienced in our hotel. It has been over a year since the hotel was renovated, so few things have changed since than. On behalf on Baymont I would like to apologize for the issues with the van, I am very dissipointed that this happened because it usually never happens. Many times our drivers get stopped by a train, which can take up to 15 to 20 minutes of waiting. Even with 2 vans running at once, we can still get stuck in... More
