LOVED your hotel. There were 5 bus loads of high school kids there for a band concert & we never heard them... Quiet, Quiet hotel. King bed... Fabulously comfortable! Warm chocolate chip cookies on check-in were YUMMY! (Nice touch). Staff were extremely nice & professional. Kimberly was pretty awesome / I think she said she was the front desk mgr.

Had a wonderful time: instant gratification upon arrival (warm cookie) quiet room (despite a large and rambunctious school group on a swim meet field trip) good temperature control that works well shades that really block morning sunlight firm and nice bed Only negative: you have to pay almost $10 a day for poor internet service

One of the friendliest staffs in the country I travel a minimum of 30 weeks a year and it is not always very easy but this staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome it's always a pleasure staying here and I will continue to and recommend to everyone I know..

I travel to Chicago at least monthly and always stay at the Doubletree Suites Downers Grove. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the staff is the best! Great place to stay if you have business in the area! Location is convenient to all amenities. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Hotel and room was excellent. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Hotel had a nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Hotel staff very helpful helping us set up our convention. The dinner and lunch at the convention was excellent, but service was a little slow. PA equipment was very good.
