Staff was very firendly and helpfull. The room was large enough but need soms renovation. Windows opened difficult, doors of one wardrobe were broke, the the bath (damaged) and the showerhead need te replaced. However you had view from the windows and could even see lake Michigan. Stayed there fo five nights in may whilst visiting a trade show. Just a block off Michigan avenue. Kitchen had everythig you could possibly need. Furnishings were very basic but ok. Bathroom in original condition. There is a laundry in the basement as well as iron and ironing board . Can highly recommend this and will stay here again More

Stayed here recently for a long weekend, and would thoroughly recommend. Location is excellent at the top of Magnificnet Mile, but a block behind Hancock Tower so nice and quiet. Convenience store across the street. We had a bachelor flat, which was clean and reasonably appointed. With fridge and stove, a great alternate to staying in a hotel...and reasonable value. More
