This is a well located hotel with well appointed rooms and good overall customer service. Rooms are a bit pricey but probably par for the course in Chicago. Close to Michigan Ave shops. Overall a good choice for Chicago.

We stayed two nights (5/23 - 5/25/13) there. It is a great Hotel with an excellent location (just across the street of the Hancock Tower). Price was very good ($80/night thru Priceline). I was traveling on business and needed a convenient hotel in North Chicago. This hotel fit the bill. It was clean, nice, safe and in a great location. I ended up staying for 6 days and was pleased with my stay. I had a corner view of the Lake and the Drake hotel...which was wonderful.
