This hotel is Nice, but I would not go back. I have been to Chicago several times, rather stay on Michigan ave. They have cocktail hours & free drinks in the lobby around 5 pm. If you get a good deal & willing to walk, go ahead. More

We've stayed at the Hotel Allegro three times now and it just keeps getting better and better! We brought our dog with us this time. Kimpton hotels are truly pet-friendly (i.e., NO additional charges for your dog's stay.) The location of the hotel is great--walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping.
