From the bellhop, valet and check in all personnel were extremely courteous and helpful. I can't say that of the guests! Everyone we met in the elevators or on the floor was rude! Conveniently located near Michigan Ave and Northwestern medical center, a decent waling distance from the L train. Staff was rude during check-in. Internet connection very expensive ($11 per day) and SLOW. Rooms need basic repairs-- carpet is peeling off, floorboards exposed. I expected more from the Wyndham name. More

This hotel is located one block from Michigan Ave and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Rooms and staff are excellent all round. The only thing negative is that some of the common areas (elevators and hallways) need to be updated. More
