“Renovations”

We stay here often. Going through renovations. No help with bags at curbside. No restaurant or lounge. Difficult to navigate elevators. Check in desk temporarily on 3rd floor, but the elevators still say 2nd. Stay somewhere else until renovations done. They didn't even offer free wi-fi during the mess.

“Nice hotel”

Stayed at Hyatt for a Chicago getaway (getting away from the 'Burbs'). Had a nice corner room and lots of space. We were not very high up and no great view of the city. Location to shopping, restaurants will very good.
