“this was a disaster from start to finish.”

From no reservation to 2 rooms booked, (we booked 1 room) to wrong room location to no free breakfast as promised 3 different times to being overcharged, all I can say is, oh, my God. Our first stay last month was exactly a 180 degree difference.

Thought Ramada to be decent hotel for its Chicago location. Room was clean and at a good price to my knowledge. The staff were very kind and patient upon check in and out. I particularly appreciated the lake view. Overall its a fine option for those looking for a simple sleep.

I must say that I did enjoy my stay at Ramada hotel. Not everything was perfect, but I did not expect a perfect hotel for that price.
