recently visited the westin chicago on a family trip.myself,wife and our grown children for my wifes birthday.i booked 2 rooms and when we arrived they gave us 2 adjoining rooms,which worked really well. hotel was spotless and we had no complaints at all,from doorman to bellhops to desk clerk,all went out of their way to accomodate.we will definitely stay again. Aside from the overnight parking being on the expensive side (~$60/night), we paid a fair price for our room.
