The rooms and service were exquisite. Everything we required was made readily available and the employees were pleasant as well as very helpful. We also enjoyed the restaurants and bars. Overall, a very nice experience and we plan on returning in the future.

This was a business meeting, but it felt like a mini-vacation. Very welcoming staff, wonderful view over Lake Michigan (be sure to ask for it and a higher floor when your reserve.) We ate in various restaurants in the hotel and all were good. Workout facility nothing special, but they have discount passes for huge gym around the corner.
