The hotel is in need of an upgrade. Service was great but room was quite dated (lamps, carpet, furniture). The bed was very comfortable but bedspread had small stains on it. “Very pleased with my stay at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers”

Staff was very professional and welcoming, the room was very nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient. The conference facilities were excellent and it was a great choice as a conference venue.

“Sheraton Chicago”

Excellent location, comfortable and safe. Staff helpful. Room clean, Rapid make up. Nice river view. Easy walking distance to other hotels for meeting and miracle mile. Great conference venue. Recommend highly.

“Accommodations, location and price were adequate”

We were there for a convention. My wife and I and two young daughters. Room was big enough and clean and everything worked. Easy walk to downtown and some good cheap kid-friendly eats, such as the Weber Grill and Volare.

“This Hotel made life in this concrete jungle more relaxed and livable.”

The good : rather spacy and clean room. View of Chicago. Convenient location. Starbucks coffee right in the room. The bad : Its attitude towards the world, say only American food, only American TV Channel, no BBC/TV5/Dw/NHK Overall Sheraton still keeps its high standard of accommodation and services.

“Reasonable”

On the water. A little far from magnificent mile. Very nice place to stay though. Very large hotel. A few restaurants and amenities. Shula steakhouse is expensive, but very good service and food. The hamburger place they have there is just so-so.

Stayed here for the NRA (national restaurant association) show May 2013. Hotel was friendly, clean and centrally located. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
