Very average hotel. Staying here for two nights. Room is clean and large, but very outdated. AC unit is very very loud and every time it kicked on, it woke me up from sleep. Not an ideal way to spend two nights. Also, right next to elevator banks, so there's that noise too. Staff was very friendly, lots of smiles.

Wife and I came to Chicago to visit the kids. Great price. Facility in very nice shape. Room on the 23rd floor had a great view. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Marvin who was the first we met. Made us feel welcome coming and going over the weekend.

Needs serious updating in the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Got a good deal through Hotwire but still not impressed for the building. Elevators were horrible, long waits and half were out I service.

I arrived while the Wells bridge was being repaired/replaced and the Brown line was reduced to a shuttle for a couple days.
