“The James Hotel”

Great hotel, great staff and wonderful location. From the moment I checked in they extended such hospitality. My flight was late and I had to get to the Navy Pier and she informed me no problem we have a car to take you there. My entire stay was just fantastic.

“not a four star-not worth the money”

I booked this room through Hotwire at 350 night said it was a 4 star hotel...more like a two star. What a crap hole. My carpet is ripped -not very clean - feel like I'm in my dorm room back in college.
