The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is great. Walk to Millenium Park, Navy Pier and all of Downtown. Adequate breakfast. The price was reasonable. More

This small hotel is in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping and even walkable to Navy Pier. Rooms are small but comfortable, most staff are nice and the breakfast was decent enough. I'd definitely stay here again for a Chicago trip. Parking is $29 a day with in/out... but we didn't need our car since it's such a walkable town. More

I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Perfect location, comfy bed, super clean romme, cheapest parking downtown, good breakfast and to add thay had great specials (book 2 nights and get the 3rd free). Excellent location for downtown shopping and restaurants. Very nice and friendly staff. We had 1 suite room for 3 nights - the room was large and my son enjoyed the sofa bed, fridge/microwave was fine in the larger room - very good beds and up-to-date furniture and bathrooms.
