“Nice Hotel”

The rooms are big and comfortobale, the bar is very nice with excellent service, concierge is absolutely excellent and very knowledgable. The hotel is near the magnificent mile and in walking distance of many attractions

“CHICAGO SOFITEL”

Last fall we stayed at the Sofitel in Washington. We found the room and restaurant to be superior to the Sofitel in Chicago. The service at both hotels was very good. The room in Chicago was small and the restaurants menu was limited and over priced.

“Great location, very clean, bed very soft”

This really is an excellent hotel! It is clean, perfect location, easy to access, close to attractions. The curb service and bellmen are awesome - definitely made us feel welcome and cared for. “Just the right amount of luxury and perfect location!”

My first time at the Sofitel. I took my son and a friend for a Bulls game. The hotel is fantastic. Great, attentive staff. Very nice rooms. And the location is perfect. 3 blocks from Water Tower Place and 4 blocks from the Rush Street bars. Highly recommended.

“High class, over the top service”

Sofitel has moderate size rooms with a friendly, excellent staff that seems happy to work there. Top quality bed and linens. Nice bathroom. Great local for Gold Coast shopping. Hip bar. Quiet. What else do you need?

“No Complains”

Good Location & Spacious room. Though at one point they canceled our keys because, 'the turn down service people suspected of us having a ashtray in the non smoking room', I do smoke but i hadnt in the room. Weird. Overall, it was ok. Might try the Dana the next time.

Wonderful hotel, good location, great view, extremely friendly staff and nice complimentary services (free bottled water in the rooms, umbrellas, free internet in the rooms). A must-do in Chicago. Loved this place!
