We stayed at the W lakeshore for one night 12/28. The main lobby and bar areas were very trendy and an inviting place to sit or relax. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was quite small, but enough to get a workout in. The rooms were well appointed with everything you would expect.... More

From check-in to the valet and the concierge...everyone at this hotel was helpful and extremely nice. We had a great time and loved the location. Definitely recommend it. Make sure you grab a cocktail in the Whiskey Sky bar...great view of Navy Pier! More
