We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassey Suites Lakeshore while we were in Chicago on vacation. The staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The manager's reception and breakfast were great!

We stayed here for 5 nights for a conference. We stayed in a two double bed suite. Room was clean but very dated. Housekeeper did not restock tea/coffee unless asked. This hotel's design is conducive to guest congregating in the halls and yelling down to the courtyard/bar area. This was disruptive all three nights of our stay and the front desk seemed unwilling or unable to stop this. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this hotel for families or those seeking a quiet stay.
