The location was excellent, with everything nearby in the downtown Chicago area. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The ventilation system was very loud and ran continuously making it difficult to sleep. Room service was not so good taking forever and delivering a burnt pizza.

The downstairs meeting area is terrific, although you'll find spotty cell phone service below ground level. I stay here for work at least once month and have booked it fora long weekend too. It is clean and all the employees are top notch with customer service. I miss a room device option but having a breakfast area makes up for it. This is a great family option too! Each room has a small fridge and microwave.... More
