I picked this hotel because it was a decent price in the area I wanted to stay in during my vacation. The room itself was average... I expected a little nicer to be honest. “It was okay”

Hotel is old.. reserved a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke. I called the front desk and was told they would make note of it. We were able to open the windows it helped. Buffalo Grove is a beautiful place to stay. They give you 1 towel per person. Not the greatest place to stay but it was okay.

“A lot to be desired”

We registered for 4 people but were only given 3 towels all three days, there are not fridges or microwaves in the room. This hotel has a lot to offer but also left a lot to be desired.
