They annouce the room with ar condition, internet and etc. The problem is the ar condition doesn't work and the internet you have to pay for a poor conection and is very expensive! We arrived in Venice very disappointed on the area of our first hotel, so we booked this one and we were surprised. The staff were amazing, the area nice a quite, bit away from everything but you can't have it all ways. Nice breakfast, rooms were good, we were upgraded FOC. Liked the hotel, hated Venice.

Granted we ended up in what seemed like the attic, but overall, the hotel was very nice. I would just avoid staying on the 5th floor - the shower head was at our chest vice over our head.
