Had a three night stay in Oct 12 - allocated room at the front of the premises. Overlooking public bus terminus,local newsagents and several pavement bars/cafes. Buses 'ticking-over'/loading and moving off from 0600 x 2300. Noise bars until early hours. Did not have a good nights sleep.Location to water-bus is only attraction.

The staff at the front desk including the manager were down right rude. Not the type of service we are used to while staying at other "western" hotel chains.
