We scheduled a business meeting for about 40 people. Dorita the manager was so helpful and made sure that everyone was always taken care of. The room and premises were very clean and all staff was very nice. This is the best place to stay in Helen..convenient to everything but not in the middle of every busy thing going on.... More

“Room and Service Rating”

The room was very clean and smelled good. The beds were excellent and I slept really well. The only thing I can complain about was the breakfast. There was no one there to help us. We didn't know where anything was. Couldn't find any milk and not much food there.

“Not up to Hampton Inn standards”

Best hotel in Helen, GA. Only one with interior access to rooms. Problems are lobby on second floor, duvets on beds. Rooms are very nice, clean, well furnished. Large bathroom. Staff is friendly. Recommended if you bring your own light weight blankets.

“Home away from home”

I travel here 3 or 4 times a year and the staff is the most professional and welcoming they really go above and beyond. The hotel is always clean and comfortable and relaxing after a long day. There is nowhere in Helen that I would ever consider staying!

“Nice Hotel in Helen GA”

Once you get beyond the obvious faux Bavarian look of Helen, Georgia and need a clean, well run hotel in that town, The Hampton Inn is the place to stay. Quaint, clean and with a very good free hot breakfast, you will not be disappointed.

Loved the hotel. This is a very nice quiet hotel located one street over from the main drag of town. Hotel staff was excellent. Rooms were very nice. We got the Jr Suite with a jetted tub and it also included a gas log fireplace that was very cozy, and a nice kitchen wet bar area. The bedding was great.... More

We had an excellent time in Helen GA and this hotel is a must if you are staying in this area. Was told by several business owners in town that this is the nicest hotel in this area. “Friendly staff, great breakfast”

Stayed last minute at this location as we traveled through Helen. The staff was extremely nice. We woke up to a delicious breakfast with warm eggs and hot waffles. Would highly recommend. It is not on the main road and offers quiet, comfortable stay.
