Good for just one night's stay. Nothing to do in the town of Fairburn. We were suppose to stay for two nights, but cancelled the last night and went further into Atlanta where we were walking distance to a lot of exhibits and attractions. “Very poor management and customer service”

We made a reservation by phone before our arrival. When we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation and the room type we had requested was not available. After a bit more searching the manager on duty told us "yes" she did see our reservation, but it had been cancelled because we arrived at 8PM. She said... More

However, it is the policy of almost every hotel,is that if the reservation is not guaranteed with a credit card, it will be cancelled at either 4pm or 6 pm on the day of arrival. This wasn't the best place we have stayed or the worst, but we were happy with the results and the price was right. We went to a wedding in the area and this hotel was a perfect location of the wedding and had a lot of late night restaurants around to snack on once ceremonies ended.

I travel a lot and always stay in this hotel when I go to Atlanta I always get the same room is like is waiting for me the staff is really friendly and professional highly recommend close to restaurants and close to everything
